The Witch Roads ARC Giveaway

As I have mentioned before and will mention again, my new fantasy duology, set in a new universe, will be published this year by Tor Books. THE WITCH ROADS arrives in June 2025 and the second book, THE NAMELESS LAND, in November 2025.

The early trade reviews are coming in:

You can preorder, or wait to buy until it comes out, or request it from your library, all of which would be wonderful and great.

MEANWHILE, for newsletter subscribers only, I am giving away three (3) copies of the ARC (advance readers copy).

This is soft cover (not hardcover, as the initial printing will be, but more like a trade paperback) and the ARC will still have a few errors and typos in it that will be corrected in the page proofs (or at least, so one hopes, even if one or two mistakes always seem to creep through despite everyone’s best efforts). In addition, the acknowledgements are truncated; they will be longer in the final book.

include your name and mailing address in the body of the email; these names and addresses will not be shared with anyone, and will be deleted after winners are chosen.

If you wish, you may include a reason why you need/want/should get one of the ARCs, but you can also just enter with name/address only.

One of the copies will go to an International Reader, chosen at random from all int’l entries.

One will go to a USA region only reader, chosen at random from all USA entries.

One will go to the reader whose “reason” I take a fancy to, whether because it makes me laugh, makes me cry (in a good way), or some other notable response.

Putting my giveaways here is one way to thank all of you for subscribing to my newsletter, where you can receive my most recent news. And there is more news, but mostly of things I can’t announce yet. Alas, no tv deals in the offing, but I urge you all to check out the forthcoming Apple+ series, Murderbot, based on the wonderful novellas and novels by Martha Wells. The trailer looks fantastic. First episodes will be here on May 16.
