An Introductory Note
2020 is here and with it some shifts in my online presence. I have moved my newsletter from Mailer Lite to Substack because the latter feels more flexible. Facebook is out (I’ve deleted my accounts, like you do). I’m still on my problematic fave, Twitter @KateElliottSFF.
This is a holding post for my new Substack account as I sort out the editing features here. Soon I will send out a first newsletter with book news. I also intend to migrate older posts here, web only, to build up a backlog as I get going on newer posts.
Will I eventually join the ranks of those who add a paid subscription feature? I might, if I feel I can write about craft, world building, publishing, genre, and other subjects often enough to justify it. For now I’m testing the waters.
